Our Company Platform

Blue Moon prides itself on its commitment to providing our clients and customers with unmatched quality service.  While there are other cleaning services in the marketplace that offer rates less than ours, the issue with many of these companies is that they function as "staffing" or "referral agencies". Staffing agencies offer little to no training, certifications, nor oversight of the quality and workmanship of the people they send to your home or business. Referral agencies simply send people to your home or business that have little familiarity with the company you hired. Sometimes, in violation of state and federal laws, cleaning companies classify their employees as  "independent contractors" to avoid paying workmens comp insurance, payroll taxes, and covering them under the company's liability insurance policy, Under this structure, the people sent to your home or business are not held accountable to the company you trust to address your needs.  


Blue Moon operates on a totally different business platform. All of our techs are uniformed employees of our company with full medical, dental, vision insurance, plus workmens comp. Our techs fall under our company's liability insurance plan and report to our office each day in uniform where they clock-in, prepare for their day's work agenda, and utilize company vehicles, equipment, and supplies to carry out our assignments. This way, we keep better control over the quality and reputation of our product. 

How Much Does Blue Moon Charge?

Generally speaking, when you call Blue Moon for a basic cleaning we dispatch a 2 to 3 person crew to your location for a minimum service charge of $395.00. Our vehicles are well-stocked with all the equipment and supplies needed to complete the job. When we start your cleaning, we keep it moving so we can finish the assignment and get you back to business as usual as quickly as possible. It's why our mission is simple: Life Disrupted, Life Restored. The cost of cleaning and restoration can vary dramatically from situation to situation. It can depend on the size and scope of your request, the equipment need, and the expertise required. That is why we offer to come to your property or location and provide a no-obligation assessment and price estimate along with our recommended action plan. Until we can see the situation, it is difficult for us to assess the severity and provide an accurate cost estimate.

What Forms Of Payment Does Blue Moon Accept?

Blue Moon is happy to accept various forms of payment including checks, money orders, wire transfer, visa, master card, american express, discover, and paypal.

Does Blue Moon Accept Payment On Terms?

For certain regularly recurring clients Blue Moon can setup a net 30 payment account. Otherwise, payment is expected at time of job completion.

Our History

Based in Los Angeles, Blue Moon began in the late 1990s when the company cleaned and restored filming sets, studios, and similar property locations. The company later expanded its client base and added related component services.
